- WOVEN LIQUID
This project explores how different parametric 3D-printed filter structures can influence water flow and drinking experiences. By adjusting the density and distribution of the filter patterns, the designs respond to different user needs, such as flow speed, temperature control, and drinking comfort. The project includes three filter variations, each creating a unique interaction between the user and the movement of water.
2. MOODY
This blind box lamp combines the concept of surprise with emotional expression. Each bulb contains a different glowing filament shaped into words, creating unique text and light effects when illuminated. By opening the blind box, users receive a randomly selected bulb, turning the act of lighting into a moment of discovery and personal expression.
3. MIST BLOOMING
This design explores the visibility of light through reflection and refraction. A spotlight at the top is reflected between two mirrors, guiding the light downward, while the mist produced by a humidifier at the base makes the light beams visible in the air. The piece transforms invisible light paths into a tangible visual experience, revealing the movement and presence of light in space.
4. BUNNY YOU
This children’s toy is designed in the shape of a rabbit and inspired by Lanjiaxie traditional culture, helping to spread traditional Chinese cultural elements in a playful way. The toy includes different emotion balls that children can attach to the rabbit’s chest to express their feelings, such as happiness, sadness, or anger. It encourages emotional expression and communication while combining interactive play with cultural education.
