the feast uses exaggerated methods to recreate the production and marketing processes of synthetic foods, exposing the absurdity and hidden dangers behind so-called “healthy” choices. through this satirical lens, it encourages consumers to question“what is really being added to our food?”. And questions the trust placed in modern food systems.
The visual and material design of the pop-up store event was carried out in the former site of the oil press, “Xiaohe Park”, following the two principles of “nature” and “tradition”.
The explicit and implicit lines in intergenerational relationships were explored, with both soft and hard parts. Collaborated with the product design classmates to design a chair and its print materials.
Today, with interpersonal relationships gradually weakening, we have made associations about the “network of relationships” and designed an interactive installation. Ultimately, it was discovered that no one can survive independently of society.
