This book, based on a service workflow, has three parts: a comparison of standard vs. attentive service behaviors, three special case studies (birthday, baby customers, proposal), and our belief that detailed service should be the norm. Through design, I want to highlight the value of thoughtful service.

“Perfect Genes” explores not genetic modification, but the simulation of future ideals through design. It reflects society’s obsession with self-optimization and the commodification of identity, redefining what it means to be human when genes become symbols of desire.

309 Punk Project is the only artist-run nonprofit organization in the South committed solely to archiving the creative efforts of the punk culture of our region. It is our primary goal to serve the local and regional community as an archive, residency, and venue for divergent practices in punk culture and contemporary art that critically examines the sociopolitical cultural moment that is shaping all our lives.

Excessive packaging, especially in food and cosmetics, harms resource conservation, environmental protection, and sustainability. In pursuing aesthetic appeal, practicality is often ignored, leading to inflated prices, over-consumption, and environmental degradation.
