In the fertility qualification project, I explored the future design of the policy. After the investigation, it is found that mandatory means and critical thinking are needed. Parents are forced to obtain a birth certificate and use children’s feedback as an indicator to examine parents’ ability to raise.

With a society that is increasingly childless and aging, the expanded kindergartens and primary schools will be abandoned. Converting these spaces into elderly communities is a viable solution. This approach will help address current elderly care issues while providing individuals aged 35-55 with better options for elderly care.
